I am a 20 yr old college student and live in hostel so I don't have access to good and nutritious food. I have belly fat and I wanna reduce it. I go to gym regularly but I don't have satisfactory results. So can you give me a diet plan suitable for this considering my above stated conditions. I have heard low carbohydrate diet help in reducing fat is it true?

You are going to gym and that will definitely benefit you, you need not panic. If you are not getting good and nutritious diet in your hostel then you can manage it yourself. You have to keep with you pulses and pulses products (sprouted chana mung, roasted chana mung, sattu pani with lemon, kurmura (puffed rice, fruits and some vegetables like cucumber, tomato, onion, etc. Which can be eaten raw. You can also keep with you some healthdrinks like horlicks, protinex, etc.
