Hi doctor, My father age is 57 and his 2D echo report generated his results are IVSD 1.22 CM, LVPWD- 1.22 CM, LVISDD- 4.28 CM, IVSS-1.43 CM in the end they mentioned that mild concentrated LVH please can I know what is the problem, is it any danger please suggest.

This is called LVH (left ventricular hypertrophy) which is mild thickening of the heart muscle which may be due to long standing high BP. It's not dangerous but we need to control the BP if any and do an early Echo.
