Hi Sir, Why does anxiety disorder takes so long to recover. These physical symptoms of breathlessness, chest tightness, electricity flow in limbs, not persistent throughout the day but comes and goes. Breathlessness. Fatigue and dizziness persist. All reports normal - blood test, thyroid, cholesterol, tmt, 2d echo, pft, etc. Each day living had become a difficulty. It has destroyed normal quality of life. The fact that no one understands make a more angry mindset. What to do? Heard people suffer anxiety disorder for years?
