Hello doctors I had a test of Thyroid stimulating hormones (TSH) which is 6.3 higher than the normal about 3 months ago. At that time I didn't take any medicine and I'm also underweight. So I want to know is this the reason behind my underweight.

Hello, thanks for the query. TSH 6.3 mU/L is high, but classified as subclinical hypothyroidism, so no treatment is advocated. Under weight is unlikely to be due to this reason. Thanks.
