Hi Doctor, My ankle and lower leg portion is sort of turning black (the skin). It gives me a burning sensation if anything touches the discolored part of my lower leg. I have gotten all the possible tests done ie Diabetes, other blood tests, MRI scan however everything seems normal. I do not know what to do? Please help me.
