I am 25 male I have a small hard painless lump in roof of mouth hard palate from 16 days I went to oral and maxillofacial surgeon he took x ray said its nasopalatine cyst and is and need to remove surgically and I went to ent also he examined physically said its due to my gastric problems and will go away itself and I do have gastric problems I am confused is it cancer? Do I need to get more checkup.

Don't worry. Nasopalatine cyst are benign completely curable with surgical removal. But whether it is cystnor not, you may need some CT/MRI imaging for proper diagnosis.
