I want to lose 5 kg weight in 20 days. My daily routine include 30 mins exercise and 30 mins walking. I take meal generally includes: breakfast- tea & snacks lunch- 3 chapati, 1 bowl arhar dal, 100g vegetable, 1 bowl rice and tomatoes and cucumber salad dinner- 4 chapatis and 100g vegetables in evening I take tea and snacks.
