I am a deep sensitive person. I feel bad to deal with many people due to this. If someone mocks at me for some reason I 'll feel depressed and won't be able to concentrate on my studies. I am afraid to dream enormous things beyond my comfort zone. The fact is that I desire to get healed and do wanna study harder .i wanna avoid entire kind of distractions. Can you suggest me some remedies?

U don't need medicines. It's just that you r sensitive. Thats why you feel more. It's not a bed thing. But when this start affecting your life then its bad. By getting distracted what r you doing-- you r doing exactly what others want from u. U fully concentrate on your studies with an aim thhat one day you will be so big, that those persons will bow in front of u. They will never ever be able to mock u. So study hard. Put all your efforts in studies. Society is like that only, Don't bother DO mediatation, yoga, pranayam, a lwalk in park (closr to nature). Anything that sooths your mind. All the best.
