Treatment depends on stage of osmf. Usually only medicine doesn't help most of the patient. Hard fibres are formed in your cheek which causes difficulty in mouth opening. There are two options 1) take intralesional injections in the affected area, it will help to break and dissolve the fibres together with some mouth opening exercises. 2) if your condition is advanced then fibres can be removed surgically. For these treatment you must consult a dentist to find out best treatment for you.
