Sir, The sputum AFB test is negative, and other tests are also negative except CT Scan which says infective? Etiology? Koch's. His age is 70 weight 43 kgs height 5 11. He used to have cough and cold on and off, no chest pain, no blood seen in sputum, he says he did not have fever before except for 3 days which he do not have now. Please suggest what to do?

If the sputum AFB is negative (it is the gold standard test) he does not have TB and CT is indicative of any infection change and not specific for TB.
