I had protected sex 6 months ago. I had done STD test as follow:- 1. 3rd week of exposure - VDRL, Chlamydia, HSV2, HIV 1 & 2 all non reactive 2.15 weeks of exposure- Full blood test including Vdrl, Hep B, HIV 1&2 all non reactive 3. 20 weeks of exposure - Hep A, Hep B, HSV 2, HIV 1&2, Chlamydia all non reactive. I only positive for HSV 1. Does my result is conclusive. Do I need take any medicine for HSV 1 even there are no outbreak. I feel muscle ache.

HSV 1 Ig G or Ig M positive that will decide you need treatment or not your test is conclusive or not that can decide by which type technical use for that test.
