My S typhi 'o' in widal test is 1: 160 in october 2018 I have symptoms of extreme fatigue, weight loss & exhaustion since 4 years continuously but no fever. I have never got widal test done before this, is it possible that I am having typhoid continuously since last 4 years? All other blood reports are normal. Do you think that regular typhoid medicine would be the solution for me?

It is not possible that you are having typhoid continuously since last 4 years and one isolated titer is not really positive for typhoid as you were told. You need to check for other causes of your symptoms like anemia or hypothyroidism.
