I've got a tummy due to having outside food mainly parathas and rice in lunch in last 1 year. Now I wanna get rid of that. Now I'm having just 2 roti in lunch and 2 in dinner. Is this enough to fulfil my body's energy requirements considering I'm doing workouts in the evening? Or do I need to cut more carbs from my diet? Is there something else other than roti that I can buy and have in the day to keep up my energy because I don't know how to cook so compelled to have outside food in lunch?
