Hi. I take two 5 hour energies drink a day. One at 615 am. Also one at 1230 pm. Is this going to give me a heart attack before I reach 50? I am 27. The back of the 5 hour energy bottles say you can take two a day. They are not FDA approved though. Is two 5 hour energies a day going to kill me?

The energy drinks are not good and it can cause side effects as you said and drinking coconut water is a good energy drink and natural whereas two 5 hour energies a day going to kill you
