Hi. My wfe yesterday gets hsg test. The reporting stated that. No peritoneal spillage of contrast on right side and minimal peritoneal spillage of left side. Post salphingectomy. Right fallopian tube is not delineated and left tube is partially delineated. Known case of bicornuate uterus. No definite evidence of bicornuate uterus. My wife getting pregnancy chances or not.

Your wife's right tube is blocked and left tube is partially paten. Your wife should be investigated for genital tuberculosis and should undergo hysteroscopy and laparoscopy to confirm the tubal status.
