Hello sir, my brother is 22 years of age and he is mentally retarded since birth. Earlier it was not much problem but for now he is out of control. He abuses, screams and fights all the time. Even family members are scared of him. He tried to kill my mom many times and she believes it's black magic. His treatment is still on for last 5 years but nothing happened. I want to know is there any treatment for it.
