I am suffering from such type of problem since four years. That I have sudden feeling that I am going to die. Become panic and sometime such feelings come in my mind that my life is useless n no body cares for me. Yoga like brahma works in it. But as I leave yoga for some time. It comes back. But feelings are very bad. Should I consult psychiatric.
