lybrate-user ji, Thanks for the query. It is a bit rare to see PCOD and hypothyroidism in a very thin or under weight lady. Please let me know when and how was PCOD diagnosis was made? Plus what are the symptoms that you are having? Your TSH 9.19 mU/L, is close to be a clinical hypothyroidism. Please let me what are the related symptoms? Let me why was the test carried out? There is no much food restriction, only thing is to avoid Soy beans and soy containing food products. Plus always use whole grain flour for chapati and roti. Avoid foods made of mada and bakery items. Increase the intake of green leafy vegetables, salads and fruits. It looks like there is a need for treating the hypothyroidism also. Thanks.
