What is the right way to lose visceral fat mainly on the exercise part. Good nutrition and exercise are general items mentioned everywhere, but there is no clear information on the type of exercise to lose visceral fat. Some sites say high intensity and others say steady cardio and many of them are contradictory. Would appreciate if a clear and detailed path is provided.
