While performing a wrist exercise at the gym, my right hand's wrist twisted (October 2017). I had a little pain but for the next few days, I wasn't able to lift much. Then I got an X-ray which showed no fracture. Then I consulted to a neurologist, he said that there are no neuro problems. Post that, I again consulted a orthopaedist and he suggested It could be a ligament strain and advised me to use a splint which I did for approximately 2 months (Jan - March 2018), still far from any substantial result. Of late, rhe pain has reduced but still hurts when I try to lift anything heavier than a few pounds. Could you please suggest me a future plan of action to remedy this situation? Thanks very much for your time on this. Best, Somesh.
