I am, since yesterday, suffering from severe neck-shoulder sprain, which is causing very sharp pain in left shoulder and restricted movement of neck-shoulder. I have been told to take Zerodol-TH, Pregalin M 75, Tayo 60K, which I am taking since yesterday and applying hot bag & Volini spray to affected area. Still, pain is persistent and back of neck is stiff. What else can be done get relief from pain?
