Hi, I have a head injury. I got 3 stitches at back side of head. The CT results showed I had a right epidural hematoma and a left parieto occipital EDH and an undisplaced fracture in left parieto region. Do I need an operation? The left parieto occipital EDH amounts to be 68x35x7 mm. And the right hematoma is very small.

UnDisplaced fracture does not need surgery. In case there are changes in hematoma or increase in symptoms. Then only you will need surgery. It is better you follow the instructions of the neurosurgeon.
