I have depressed last 12 years. I take anti depression drug (D Venizep 50 mg) regularly from 5 years and continue. From last two months my hands and feels burning sensation. I visit doctors, he tell anti depression continue and benfomet plus tablet two months. How to cure my disease with out drugs? What is the procedure reduce anti depression drug quickly? Pls reply.

Dear lybrate-user Please do Surya Namaskar everyday, atleast 10 rounds. You can start small and go upto 10 and if comfortable 15 rounds of Surya namaskar a day Along with that do Bala asan or Shashank asan. You can Google the asans. Please also have a nutritious diet, avoid junk food, aerated drinks, fried food etc. Stick with fruits and fresh fruit juice. You can also have dry fruits. Hope this helps you.
