Good Evening Sir/Ma'am, My Name Is Yogesh And I'm From India, I'm 20 Years Old, I'm New To'10% happier, What Brought Me Here Was My Fear Of Sleep, Stress, Anxiety, Self Doubt 2 Weeks Ago, I Was Not Able To Sleep For 3 Days Straight And My Body Suffered Alot, From That Experience Fear Of Sleep Has Entrenched In Me, For 2 Weeks Now, Just Going To Bed Seems The Most Adverse Thing I Could Imagine, I'm Tired But I Cannot Sleep Because I'm Afraid I Won't Be Able To Do It, And That Self Doubt Has Seeped Into Every Little Thing I Do, I Keep Beating Myself Up For Not Being Good Enough, Just Watching A Video On YouTube Gives Me Feelings Of Self Doubt That I'm Not Listening Or Watching It Carefully And I Cannot Do Anything Which A Normal Person Does Effortlessly, I'm Afraid Of My Mind Because It Keeps over thinking All The Time And The Worst Kind Of Thoughts Keeps Me Ruminating About Them, All Day Long, From Suicidal Thoughts To Panic Attacks, I've Had It All, In This Last Two Weeks, Help Me, Sir/Ma'am, Please Suggest What Should I Do, Hoping To Listen Soon From You, Thanking You, Yogesh.

Hello lybrate-user Please have some control over pursuing your thoughts. When a thought comes, let it go don't pursue it any further. The more you think the more anxious you will be. When a mind is so full of thoughts it is not possible to sleep. You need to give your mind some rest. When you go to sleep, put on some soothing music, like meditation music and listen to it with full attention. When you focus on the music, just allow your body to relax and slowly when your muscles relax and the mind is empty, you will drift into sleep.
