I am 27 years old. I work in Bank and thus not able to workout at all due to a lot of work burden which is also causing lot of mental stress. I don't eat a lot and yet my weight is high of 85 kg. And since from last year due excessive mental pressure I'm starting to have very severe hair fall problem. I'm getting a sleep of around 6 to 7 hours a day and my work shifts are around 9 to 10 hours a day. I eat light food but at not the proper and erratic times. At the age of 27 having a paunch is very embarrassing for me. And excessive hair fall is also very serious concern for me. I'll really appreciate any advice.

Try to incorporate an hour of exercise at least on weekends. On weekdays, try to do some basic stretches for 15 mins. Having a healthy diet is essential, you must ensure that for yourself without excuses. Meditate at least for 10 mins every night before bedtime. Incorporate a reading habit before bedtime. Meditation and reading helps you divert your mind and stay healthy. Have dry fruits everyday.
