My father was admitted to a hospital almost a month ago due to hypertension. After He was inserted tube into his mouth (due to pulmonary edema as well) and up till now he is unable to speak clearly like he's hard to convey something (his brain seems slow transmit information). Is there high possibility of minor stroke sign?
