Hello, Thanks for the query. TSH 0.06 mU/L is very low, suggesting there is an excess dosage of Levothyroxine. When hypothyroidism is well controlled TSH should be maintained around 3 to 4 mU/L, at which all the symptoms are in check. Very low TSH (0.06 mU/L) is due to excess intake of Levothyroxine. That is why doctor has asked you th stop the drug. Please stop that (levothyroxine) for over 6 weeks plus, then check the TSH, if levels are as mentioned earlier, then the drug may be started at a lower dose. If you have any questions do come back. Thanks.
