I had urethroplasty recently. A month ago small lesions appeared in the scrotal region. Blood sample tests revealed hsv positive and malignant squamous cell carcinoma. Is that sounds unusual? Is it due to viral infection or scc? Kindly advice. What is the next treatment option?
