Hi hpr correlation means histopathology report. She need to get core needle or trucut biopsy from the breast lump which can be done by general surgeon or surgical oncologist doctor or if planned usg guided by radiologist, biopsy tissue will be sent to pathologist to get hpr report. Depending on that further treatment need to be planned.
