Hi, I am 32 years old male. I was a good reader of novels and different books upto age 28 and was able to remember everything which I was reading. But now a days I am unable to study for long time and unable to concentrate on study also. I am feeling that I am loosing my memory power, my remembering capacity. For which I am so sad now a days. Kindly suggest me food or lifestyle or medicine to develop my Concentration and Memory Power.

lybrate-user Now a days our life is very hectic and fast paced, we are unable to get time for taking care of us. Take Herbal tea daily in morning Yoga and meditation is necessary daily to reduce stress and will help in concentration. Pursue your hobby whenever you have time. Take brahmi daily at night before going to sleep.
