In year 2006, due to injury in right eye by cricket ball, my retina is detached, after 1 month, retinal detachment surgery is conducted. After that retina is settle but erm /macular pucker is formed .doctor said on that time if we remove that, there is chance of all vision loss, now my vision is 6/90 .what should I do, now squint is formed also eye size becomes small.

ERM/ macular pucker can be removed only by surgery. Surgical plan depends upon the status of the retina and macula. Hence, can be decided only after seeing the patient.
