lybrate-user, I hope you are aware about the mandatory recommended levels of TSH during gestational period, which are as follows :1st Trimester 0.1 to 2.5 mU/L, 2nd Trimester: 0,2 to 3.mU/L & 3rd Trimester: 0.3 to 3.0 mU/L. So the TSH level should be < 2 mU/l for you at present. Not maintaining these levels is definitely not good. So please see that TSH is brought to that range. You may have to increase the dose by 12.5 mcg or 25 mcg per day, then check TSH after 4 weeks. It is necessary to keep checking TSH every 4 weeks till the end of gestation. If you have any doubts pleae do come back. Thanks.
