Hello doctor I am suffering from stone pain in my kidney and ureter. 5 mm and 3.5 mm in kidney and 7 mm in ureter. In my urine test report it shows "Crystal Urates Few" And in Ultrasound report Impression: USG F/S/O Grade 1 Hydroureteronephrosis due to lower ureteric calculus Small B/L Renal Calculi Doctor prescribed me Zentum 500 - morning/evening Cital H - morning/evening tamlocept 0.4 mg capsule - evening Kindly help me, is it possible to flush out these stones through urine or not I will be thankful to you for your kind response. Yes these are small sized stones so there should not be any problem. They can be expelled out thru urine. Drink at least twelve glasses of water daily drink citrus juices, such as orange juice eat a calcium-rich food at each meal, at least three times a day limit your intake of animal protein eat less salt, added sugar, and products containing high fructose corn syrup avoid foods and drinks high in oxalates and phosphates avoid eating or drinking anything which dehydrates you, such as alcohol.
