Hello, Thanks for the query. The anti-thyroid treatment is usually given for a period of 18 months or some times up to 24 months. In case if the level of TSH returns to normal earlier, then treatment is discontinued. Since you have not mentioned the duration of the treatment (how long the drug is being taken) or current TSH level, plus whether you have the symptoms of the disease, it is difficult to give any opinion.
