My 4.5 mm kidney stone is passed away through urine. However I am using potratemb6 syrup and alfuzosin oral tablet, as because it is only seven days my stone is passed through urine. However alfuzosin oral tablet is given me small chest pain. Shall I still continue alfuzosin oral tablet. Please give me suggestions.

Alfuzosin should be stopped now potrate mb 6 can be continued for 3 months or more for preventing recurrent stone formation.

Stop alfuzin if the pain continues. Consult a physician for the same. Take loads of fluids. Continue the syrup for 3 months.

You can stop all medicines, for removal of stone what is necessary is flushing of kidney we do give antibiotics and anti-inflammatory to relax the edema for some time but no use talking medicine for so long. If stone is more than 8 mm then surgery is needed but as you say stone is passed and you have no more stones you need not take any medicine.
