Hi from last two years i'm suffering from breathlessness. Doctor told me i've allergic condition like asthma. He said my lung x-rays are having no problem. I do job in very cold area in kullu. I used air conditioner there two years back, may b this is the cause, I lost my immunity although it's not asthma but expectorants works best for me. Like montemac-l. I want some permanent solution for my problem. Please help me.

Hello, you need to evaluate cause of your breathlessness and then can plan treatment. For the same you need to do spirometry which are best interpreted by a chest physician, with a proper detailed history and check up, root cause can be found out. Till then take care,

Permanent cure might be difficult but long term safe treatment be considered check if you can shift to warm climate of it benefits other problems of allergic foods etc need to be evaluated.
