Hi doctor, I am taking panic attack medication under consultation of senior psychotherapist. One panex 12.5 mg tab is being given at evening daily. Health has improved since beginning however recently got mild panic attack at night while I was sleeping at 2 am. I got up and my heartbeat were racing. Mouth was dry and breathing issues were there. Then I took 2 tabs melzap .25 mg and it got over after bad experience of 20-25 minutes at least. What should be the next step as of now. I want to come out of it asap.

My suggestion would be to do deep muscular relaxation before going to bed and after waking up in addition to your medication. When you are a panic state try to identify the body part which is most affected, and in that situation try to relax that part through deep breathing and contracting and relaxing that body part or muscle. This technique proved to be very effective to manage anxiety and depression.
