Hi, I am having a lump on my left tonsil for 2 months. It hasn't in size at all. But the submandibular lymph node on left under jaw is swollen now. I have tooth decay on left wisdom teeth as well. I have tooth decay on left side as well but no lymph node swelling there in right side. Could it be cancer or the lymph node is due to tooth decay. I had left ear pain as well but it's gone after salt water gargle. Please help me can it be cancer. I am a smoker as well. 25 year healthy. I am having acidic reflux and a doctor suggested me the lump is becoz of it. Pls help.
