I am suffering from tmj looseness or weakness on my right side. I have done x ray of tmj also and it shows normal bony structure but excessive translation of condyle. I feel like my neck and tmj muscles are tight when I have to do much computer work or physical work. Also while opening or closing right tmj clicking sound also comes in ear. I am taking laser therapy, isometric exercise and hot fomentation treatment. But still problem is not completely resolved. Please kindly suggest any effective and permanent treatment options if possible for it.
