I am in a company working as a digital marketing specialist I have to work continuously under ac and the thing is ac is just above me my friend told me that sitting below ac continuously will lead to hair loss? Is it true how to avoid this? please help me plz.

Yes it is seen that in a/c hair tend to go. We already know that extreme temperatures can damage the hair. With a considerable rise in the heat outside, you tend to install an air conditioner inside your room for comfort. If you really look at it, you are installing a dry, cold desert right in the middle of your house. As relieving as it is to walk into a cool room right after being out in the hot sun, the prolonged use of air conditioners can do more harm to your hair than good. It can actually wreak havoc on your hair and scalp practical remedies: to combat the drying effects of the air conditioner, place a bowl of water in the room service the air conditioner to keep it technologically sound otherwise it can cause drastic skin damage keep yourself hydrated constantly when you are in an air-conditioned room even if you are not thirsty ? take a sip of water at constant intervals remind yourself to replenish all the lost water whenever possible have a balanced, healthy diet to keep hair and scalp healthy within the range of comfort.
