My collarbone operation has been before 6 months. My bone has been joint with aluminium plate. Now I wanna ask, may I jon gym or not. What kinds of exercise can I do? Please suggest asap.

better to take break for 6 to 8 weeks, then slowly start with lower body workouts, then move on to abdominal crunches, and No upper limb weight exercises for 12 weeks
