Could allergy be the cause for my frequent swelling of the parotid glands and the node thereby causing pain and swelling? Do you suggest an allergy test? If so where do I take?

Recurrent viral infection can be a cause of frequent swelling of the parotid glands and the node although allergy has been implicated as a cause of recurrent parotid gland swelling, there are no previous reports of such a phenomenon occurring in the submandibular gland.
