Hello, Thanks for the query. I am unable to understand how Methimazole can be replaced by Methotraxate. Methotraxate is used as immunomodulator and in totally different indications. Nothing may happen for having taken for a short time. But for hyperthyroidism prescribed drug needs to be taken in the correct dosage. Thanks.
