Hello sir I am suffering from fungal infection from last from 10 months, it should be healed by taking cream "derobin" but it emerges as the temperature of the region vary. So right now the effected region is gone to be appear black like the dead cells with three four wounds in this area that itches a lot. Give me steps so that these wounds get healed and also how should I remove the dead cells. You may be suffering from tinea cruris which is fungal infection of the inner thighs, groin and buttocks area. It is also called jock itch. It can be treated by taking four to six weeks of anti fungal treatment which includes tablets along with creams. Do not use soap over that area.
