Age 34 weight 78 kg. Sir I have taking telma 20 since 4 months regularly sometime taking telma 30 like next day when drink beer 2 bottle one time in week and also taking etilaam 0. 25 in morning and zosert 75 in night for anxiety from our 5 months and in evening after office sometime I check my bp is 140/88 nearby. May I stop telma or can take regularly. And may I drink beer weekly 2 bottle. Please guide.

Antihypertensive medication like telma should be taken regularly along with regular b.p. Monitoring. Beer can be taken sometimes but make sure that you don't get addicted to it and since beer contains lot of calories do regular workout. It will help control your anxiety symptoms as well as increased blood pressure.
