Levemex 500 tablet and levimex 500 are same levipil tablet pr side effects sleepiness headache dizziness anxiety weakness nausea infection behavioural changes irritability depression vertigo nasopharyngitis (inflammation of the throat and nasal passages) cough loss of appetite aggression balance disorder (loss of balance) tremor abdominal pain diarrhea indigestion rash nervousness nasal congestion insomnia (difficulty in sleeping) convulsion vomiting.

Both are same . Side effects are irritability and behaviour issue in few and not all . Food role in preventing side effects, well not studied yet !!
