Hi, I was having multiple joint pain, stiffness in joints and a lot of popping sound from joints. Along with it I was having really bad hair loss (more than 100) a day. I have done all kind of blood test for rf, CRF, eso, esr CBC all came in the normal range. But my thyroid test showed TSH levels 4.45 and t3 and t4 were normal. So is this multiple joint pain due to thyroid issue or its something else. If it's due to thyroid should I start taking medicine if the doctor who is treating me advises so as I have heard that thyroid medication is for lifetime once you start it? Any help will be really appreciated, doctors.

It might be due to endocrine issues which leads to metabolic disease of the joints. Please consult an endocrinologist at the same consult an orthopaedic doctor or rheumatologist too to have second opinion.
