She has hypothyroidism with tsh level 12.92 and we are planning for baby. Doctor has prescribed her thyrox 25 mcg. Does any other medicine required and the dose of thyroxine is ok. Also urifree-o medicine is prescribed does it will have any impact on evaluation.

Thyroxin is right choice and monitor its effectiveness by getting tsh test done after weeks. It is better to control hypothyroid before getting pregnant and through out pregnancy. Urifree is an antibiotic and must have been prescribed for a short period.
