My age is 23y i'm patient of mitral valve replacement i'm taking acitrom 4 mg my inr 3.12 on today date but every month it's different range so how can maintain inr range in low dose of acitrom.

all readings between 2.5 and 4.0 are very good. Check monthly if it is 2.5-3.6 check at 3 weeks if it is good but not perfect. Exact INR depends on laboratory and patient factors like food, metabolism, gut flora. A car cannot take exactly the same time to drive 10 kms in city traffic
