I had my one ovary and one fallopian tube removed due to 12 cm cyst last may 2018. I have a six year old son and I want to plan another child. My weight is 90 kg and I am 5'4" my husband is 5'8" and 87 kgs. In my first pregnancy, doctor gave me m2 tone for 2 months and then clomifene citrate and I conceived. Is it possible now also?

Conception is possible with single tube and ovary. You're overweight, your ideal weight should be 60-65 kg. You should reduce your weight ,weight reduction will help in conception. Do regular exercises ,brisk walking for 20 minutes daily and stretching and breathing exercisestske a balanced protein rich diet and fat and carbohydrates restricted diet. Rest follow your doctor's advice.
